J'ATTENDS UN PEU POUR RECOMMANDER LE PRODUIT ET J'ESPERE QUZ JE LE RECEVRAI CETTE FOIS un conseil, car c'est assez mal foutu, mais quand vous voulez vous plaindre, vous allez tomber sur l'assistant robot Eva, faite ouvrir un litige et en bas, en tout petit, apparaîtra enfin " parler avec un agent" et c'est comme ça que j'ai enfin pu parler à quelqu'un qui a compris mon problème persistant. et ça change tout car l'ordinateur n'est vraiment nul. surtout quand il se base sur les infos de transports non mise à jour, l'agent a pu recevoir mes preuves de livraison pas effectué . top. faut comprendre le truc. après ils sont top. mais le sites n'est pas claires que ce soit sur ordi ou tel
